Williams Homes Housing Project Wins LA County Approval

We would like to congratulate Williams Homes on the approval of their Canyon View Estates housing project, yesterday. Through the BIA Los AngelesNentura Chapter, BIASC's advocacy team engaged our Builder Project Advocacy program, helping to generate local awareness and involvement through membership mobilization and public support for a successful outcome!

"With a 4-1 vote to approve Canyon View Estates, the Los Angeles County Regional Planning Commission heard and listened to the many supporters who urged them to approve a housing project consistent with the Los Angeles County Area Plan. The efforts put forth by the Building Industry Association and their members was the type of support that all housing projects need in California," said Nathan Keith, Director of Entitlements of Williams Homes.
