Williams Homes announces the promotions of seven key executives

LOS ANGELES, CA (March 14, 2024) Williams Homes, one of the largest, privately held residential builders and developers in the Western United States with operations in twelve markets spanning four states and growing, today announced the promotions of seven key executives. The announcement comes as the company moves towards its 30th anniversary in less than two years, and has its sights set on further expansion throughout the Western United States.

Company executives promoted include Patrick Hennebery, president of regional operations; Daniel Faina, chief marketing officer; Kyle Milano, division president, Southern California; Rob Giordano, vice president of operations, Central California; Scott Powe vice president of construction, Idaho; Pavol “Paul” Seidner, operations manager, Idaho; and Northern California division president, Mike von Quilich concurrently serving as interim division president, Texas. “These gentlemen are genuine attributes to our executive management team,” said Lance Williams, Williams Homes’ chairman and CEO. “As the company continues to grow, we are only as good as the vision, work ethic and leadership of those around us. I am confident that each is equipped with all of the tools needed to help take Williams Homes to the next level.”

PATRICK HENNEBERRY, PRESIDENT OF REGIONAL OPERATIONS
After a 25-year tenure with Castle and Cooke, Henneberry joined Williams Homes in 2017 as division president of the company’s Central California division. In his newly created position of president of regional operations, Henneberry will be responsible for developing and implementing full operational processes and procedures consistently across all divisions.

DANIEL FAINA, CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER
Faina has been serving in a dual role as division president, Southern California and chief marketing officer since January 2022. He will now focus solely on marketing and sales strategy and objectives for all divisions as chief marketing officer.

KYLE MILANO, DIVISION PRESIDENT, SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA
Milano has been promoted to division president, Southern California after joining Williams Homes in 2021 and serving as vice president of land acquisitions.

ROB GIORDANO, VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS, CENTRAL CALIFORNIA
Giordano joined Williams Homes in 2015 as a construction superintendent in the Central California division. His contributions led to his promotions to general superintendent, and vice president of construction.

SCOTT POWE, VICE PRESIDENT OF CONSTRUCTION, IDAHO
Powe joined Williams Homes’ Idaho division as a general superintendent in November 2021 after working in various capacities for Pardee Homes for more than 20 years.

PAVOL “PAUL” SEIDNER, OPERATIONS MANAGER, IDAHO
Seidner joined Williams Homes in 2021 as a land development superintendent. He relocated to Idaho in 2022 to oversee land development in the state, and also worked closely with project management and operations.

MIKE VON QUILICH, INTERIM DIVISION PRESIDENT, TEXAS
Von Quilich will serve as interim division president, Texas while maintaining his existing role as division president, Northern California.
