Getting Pre-Approved and What That Means For You

We appreciate all who have patiently waited for the opportunity to purchase a new home at Williams Ranch. We invite you to be one of the first to be pre-approved to gain priority in selecting and purchasing your new home. ​

Here are the steps that come along with being pre-approved for Williams Ranch.

  1. Pre-approval begins with our preferred lender, Great Western Home Loans. By filling out this application you are agreeing to initiate a pre-approval with Great Western Home Loans and agreeing to be contacted by one of the loan consultants to review your pre-approval and financing options. There is no cost to complete the pre-approval and there is no commitment to using Great Western Home Loans to consummate your mortgage.
  2. Please complete the online loan application in its entirety and select OMAR VALLEJO as your loan officer. Upon submission, a Great Western Home Loans loan consultant will review your application and contact you to collect additional documentation that may be necessary to issue your loan pre-approval. Incomplete loan applications will not be processed for pre-approval at Williams Ranch.
  3. Once your pre-approval has been issued, a Williams Ranch community sales manager will contact you to discuss what you are looking for in a home. You will then be added to the Williams Ranch internal lottery for an opportunity to select and purchase your new home.
