Williams Homes Celebrates 20 Years Of Building Quality For A Lifetime - Lance Williams Presented with "Builder of the Year" Award

 Lance Williams was presented with the prestigious "Builder of the Year" Award at the 90th annual Building Industry Association of Southern California Los Angeles-Ventura County Chapter on November 14, 2013. The organization has been the voice of Southern California's homebuilding industry since 1923, when it was known as the Building Contractors Association. See the Santa Clarita Signal article here

California native Lance Williams has been building houses for more than 25 years. Founding the company that bears his name in 1997 along with housing legend Ray Watt, his development experience encompasses all disciplines of residential real estate. The company they founded is celebrating its 20th Anniversary this year. 

As president and CEO, Lance directly oversees the acquisition, entitlement, financing, development, construction and sales of Williams Homes' many developments. As a member of the Building Industry Association he has acted in a variety of capacities including serving as the BIA Los Angeles/ Ventura chair of the Government Affairs committee, as well as on the Chapter's Board of Directors.

Lance received his Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate and Law from California State Polytechnic University, Pamona. He is a California licensed real estate broker and licensed general contractor.
